Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior PROS CPQ Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6+ years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring PROS CPQ solutions, with deep expertise in pricing strategy, quote automation, and integration with CRM/ERP systems. This role requires strong technical proficiency, business acumen, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end implementation of PROS CPQ solutions including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
- Design and configure pricing models, discounting rules, approval workflows, and quote templates.
- Integrate PROS CPQ with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and ERP systems.
- Customize and optimize CPQ functionalities to meet business needs and improve user experience.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define pricing strategies and translate them into system configurations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CPQ performance, data accuracy, and system integration.
- Provide training and documentation for end-users and support teams.
- Stay updated on PROS product enhancements and industry best practices
R͏equired skills & qualifications :
- Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience with PROS CPQ implementation and support.
- Strong understanding of pricing strategy, quote lifecycle, and sales operations.
- Experience with PROS Smart CPQ, Price Optimization, and Revenue Management modules.
- Proficiency in integrating CPQ with CRM/ERP systems.
- Solid knowledge of business processes in B2B sales, quoting, and pricing.
- Ability to write and debug configuration scripts, rules, and workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field.

- PROS CPQ certification or equivalent training.
- Experience in industries such as manufacturing, energy, or high-tech.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
