- Develop scalable onboarding, training, and enablement programs aligned to go-to-market strategy.
- Create and maintain sales playbooks, documentation, and role-specific resources.
- Measure enablement effectiveness and continuously refine programs to improve sales outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to ensure alignment and execution.
- Own the sales tech stack, including CRM, outreach/email tools, BI platforms, and related vendor relationships.
- Leverage data and analytics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to revenue leadership, delivering clear insights and actionable recommendations.

- Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue analytics experience within a sales-driven organization.
- Solid financial acumen with experience supporting business cases, ROI analysis, and executive decision-making.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, BI/reporting tools, and sales engagement technologies.
- Proven ability to scale processes, systems, and teams in a growing organization.
