We are seeking a results‑driven, creative professional with deep industry knowledge. The ideal candidate combines business acumen with vision, thrives in complex and ambiguous environments, and is motivated by process optimization. Collaboration across functions and time zones is essential, as is the ability to drive measurable business impact.
Key Deliverables
- Industry Awareness & Sourcing – Identify activities that reflect the cultural identity of each city. Track trends and build regional lead lists to source both established and emerging experiences.
- Sales Operations – Manage acquisition funnels, tracking systems, and reporting tools to support the Operator Experiences Supply Team. Strengthen stakeholder relationships and develop creative tactics to accelerate acquisition.
- Optimization & Retention – Guide hosts through their first 3–6 months, providing best practices on pricing, show flow, and growth strategies. Retain and support hosts during ramp‑up through online and in‑person engagement.
- Communication & Collaboration – Deliver regular updates and actionable feedback to cross‑functional teams. Collaborate to resolve issues, remove blockers, and present strong business cases.
- Tracking & Reporting – Maintain accurate data across systems, report on performance trends, and adopt best practices through ongoing training.
- Quality & Brand Alignment – Ensure all acquired supply meets the Client’s standards of quality and aligns with brand vision and cultural relevance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related fields.
- 8+ years in supply acquisition, partnerships, account management, or sales.
- Strong knowledge of local and regional trends in travel, entertainment, culture, food & beverage, and hospitality.
- Ability to spot and set cultural trends, with a sharp eye for quality and market shifts.
- Skilled in cross‑functional collaboration, building trust across creative, technical, and business teams.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and organizational tools (e.g., Airtable).
- Proven track record of delivering against KPIs and business targets.
- Recognized as a process and operations reference point within the Operator Management Team.
- Comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable to shifting strategies, and motivated by evolving scopes.
