Role Summary
The Lead Business Analyst plays a critical role in driving operational excellence and strategic initiatives within the Strategy & Operations organization in CIO. This position focuses on governance, reporting and process automation to enable efficient technology operations and support organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
· Reporting & Analytics : Oversee CIO monthly and quarterly reporting and OKR tracking, ensuring timely updates and accuracy. Utilize tools such as Power BI, ADO, ServiceNow, Power Apps, and Snowflake for data analysis and reporting.
· Process Governance & Role Management : Manage role approval process, including coordination with CIO Pillars, S&O PMO, HR and Finance for CIO-wide new or backfill positions.
· Operational Excellence: Manage PM requests and assignments for S&O PMO; automate intake form workflows and operationalize decision review processes for PMO transformation programs. Maintain transparency in execution through governance frameworks and standardized reporting.
· Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of CIO and S&O strategic priorities. Support quarterly planning processes and resource management initiatives.
