Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Operations Executive to manage and support B2B client portfolios in the electric mobility and green energy domains. The role involves close coordination with clients, internal teams, and lending partners to ensure smooth execution of credit support, documentation, disbursements, onboarding, and reporting processes.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with financial statements, documentation workflows, and multi-stakeholder coordination in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Portfolio Management
- Manage relationships with B2B clients in EV and green energy sectors
- Act as the single point of contact for client queries related to financing, documentation, and operations
- Ensure timely resolution of client issues and proactive status updates
- Facilitate client onboarding on the lending platform and FleetForce product
- Guide clients on digital tools, data submission, and reporting formats
Financial Assessment & Documentation
- Review and analyze financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow) to support credit assessments
- Prepare and validate financing documentation as per lender guidelines
- Coordinate with clients and lenders for document verification and approvals
- Oversee documentation required for fund disbursement
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date document repositories
Operational Coordination
- Liaise with Sales, Credit, Finance, HR, and IT teams for smooth process execution
- Coordinate proposal processing, approvals, and servicing workflows
- Work with vehicle OEMs, IoT providers, and clients to validate fleet and asset data
- Support tech integrations and resolve operational issues
- Identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements
Reporting & Data Management
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and performance reports
- Track KPIs related to servicing, disbursement timelines, and efficiency
- Maintain operational databases and dashboards
- Ensure high standards of data accuracy and integrity
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or related field
- MBA / Postgraduate degree in Finance or Operations preferred
Experience & Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in business operations, client servicing, or financial documentation
- Experience in NBFC, fintech, lending, or green energy sectors preferred
- Strong MS Office skills
- Working knowledge of credit processes and lending documentation
- Exposure to lending platforms is a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and process-driven
- Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment
