The Chief Financial Officer will serve as a foundational member of the executive leadership team and will play a defining role in shaping the company’s financial, capital, and governance architecture as it scales from a Series C manufacturing technology startup into a globally expanded, institutionally credible, public-market-ready enterprise. This role extends far beyond traditional finance leadership and is central to the company’s long-term value creation strategy.
As the organization enters a phase of accelerated growth, increased capital intensity, and heightened external scrutiny, the CFO will be responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive capital strategy that supports expansion while maintaining financial discipline. This includes leading late-stage venture and growth equity fundraising, structuring the optimal mix of equity and non-dilutive capital, and positioning the company for future liquidity events, including a potential IPO or strategic exit. The CFO will be expected to operate as a credible peer to sophisticated venture capital, private equity, and crossover investors, articulating a clear and compelling financial narrative grounded in unit economics, scalability, and sustainable margin expansion.
The role requires deep involvement in pre-IPO readiness, including the institutionalization of public-company-grade financial reporting, controls, audit processes, and governance standards. The CFO will work closely with the CEO and Board to ensure that the company’s financial infrastructure, leadership cadence, and external communications meet the expectations of public market investors and regulators well in advance of any listing process. This individual will also lead engagement with investment banks, auditors, and legal advisors, providing informed guidance on market timing, listing strategy, and alternative capital market pathways.
In parallel, the CFO will act as a strategic partner to the operating leadership team, supporting rapid regional and international expansion, manufacturing scale-up, and complex cross-border operations. The role demands a leader who can translate ambitious growth plans into disciplined financial execution, aligning capital allocation with operational realities across geographies.
This leadership role is supported by PATMI Partnership, which is working closely with the company to identify a CFO with the credibility, judgment, and execution capability to lead through this pivotal phase of transformation. The successful candidate will bring a rare combination of strategic vision, capital markets sophistication, and operational rigor, enabling the company to scale with confidence, resilience, and long-term value creation at its core.
