We are working exclusively with a high-growth FinTech operating in the financial inclusion / earned wage access space, and we are looking for a hands-on CFO to help scale the business internationally. This is a true operator CFO role, not a corporate or advisory position.
As CFO, you will take full ownership of the finance function and play a critical role in scaling the platform responsibly. This role is heavily focused on debt financing, not equity fundraising.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the finance function across multiple international entities,
- Owning FP&A, reporting, controls, forecasting and governance,
- Structuring, raising and managing large debt facilities to fund growth,
- Managing relationships with debt investors, credit funds and lenders,
- Acting as a strategic partner to founders while remaining hands-on.

- Already profitable, rare at this stage for FinTech,
- Operating across Southeast Asia with aggressive global expansion plans,
- Strong ethical positioning, not a traditional lender.
Who we are looking for: This role is not for a traditional corporate CFO.
Must-have experience:
- Senior finance leadership (CFO / Head of Finance / Finance Director level),
- Strong background in debt capital, structured finance, private credit or balance-sheet risk,
- Experience in FinTech, Earned Wage Access, consumer finance or credit-based platforms,
- Comfortable operating in fast-scaling, early-stage environments.
Highly relevant backgrounds:
- Earned Wage Access companies,
- FinTechs with debt facilities,
- PE-backed portfolio companies,
- Investment Banking / PE profiles with a strong operator mindset.
Not a fit if you are:
- A purely corporate CFO,
- Focused only on equity fundraising,
- Looking for a low-intensity or advisory role.
Location:
- Singapore or Bangkok (remote first is ok),
- Relocation possible for the right candidate,
- Regional / international remit.
Compensation
- USD 20,000 per month OTE,
- Equity participation included,
