- Provide clear, confident communication with the Board and senior leadership, including preparation and presentation of financial materials
- Foster a collaborative, accountable finance culture that supports operational excellence and continuous improvement
Leadership & Interpersonal Expectations
The successful CFO will demonstrate:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence across functions
- A visible, approachable leadership style with a strong desire to work on-site and remain closely connected to hospital operations
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, regulated healthcare environment where partnership and judgment are critical
- The confidence to challenge assumptions constructively while maintaining trust and alignment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting multi-site healthcare operations or complex provider organizations
- Prior exposure to private equity-backed or highly governed healthcare environments
- Experience leading financial integration, system improvements, or operational transformation initiatives
- CPA, MBA, or equivalent advanced financial training strongly preferred
Relocation & Location
- This role is on-site in Las Vegas, NV
- A modest relocation bonus will be provided for qualified candidates relocating to the area
- Candidates must demonstrate a strong commitment to being physically present at the facility and actively engaged with the leadership team
