The Client is hiring a strategic and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy of a fast-growing infrastructure organization delivering large-scale roads, highways, and bridge projects across India. This role is ideal for a seasoned finance leader with strong IPO exposure, fundraising expertise, and infrastructure sector experience, capable of driving governance, profitability, and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking for infrastructure projects Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business growth Drive IPO readiness and execution, ensuring regulatory compliance and investor confidence Manage fundraising, capital structuring, and banking relationships Lead investor relations, board reporting, and stakeholder communication Establish robust financial controls, governance frameworks, and risk management practices Support commercial decisions for bids, contracts, and investments
Requirements Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification 15+ years of finance experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership/CFO role Must have experience in Roads/Highways/Bridges Infrastructure companies Proven track record of leading or managing an IPO Strong knowledge of SEBI compliance and capital markets Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
