AICure is seeking a Senior Executive to join leadership and oversee corporate financial results, strategy, and audit readiness.

Ideal for a senior accounting or finance professional ready to step into a full CFO role, this position reports directly to the Board of Directors and CEO and offers direct involvement with company strategy, multi-entity oversight, and audit coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead financial reporting and forecasting

Manage company audits and external accounting partners

Oversee finance operations across entities

Support strategic planning and executive decision-making

Requirements:

Strong accounting foundation (CPA or equivalent experience preferred)

Technology proficiency / AI-tools familiarity

Entrepreneurial talent and leadership mindset

Experience with financial modeling, audit processes, and strategy

Compensation:

Competitive package including base salary, performance bonuses, and equity participation
