Chief Financial Officer (CFO)-Manufacturing
Seeking an experienced, strategic, and hands-on CFO to join the executive leadership team of a privately held, mid-sized 3PL and contract manufacturing company. This role partners closely with the CEO and senior leadership to drive financial strategy, operational performance, and scalable growth across multi-site U.S. and international operations.
What You'll Do
- Lead financial strategy, annual budgeting, and long-range planning aligned with business objectives
- Oversee accounting, FP&A, treasury, and tax functions, ensuring accurate reporting and GAAP compliance
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships, including credit facilities and covenants
- Partner with operations and supply chain teams to improve cost structure, inventory, and site performance
- Support pricing, contract review, and profitability analysis across customers and programs
- Evaluate capital investments (equipment, automation, facilities) with ROI/NPV analysis
- Ensure strong internal controls, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team
What You Bring
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership (CFO, VP Finance, or equivalent)
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain-driven environments
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting, financial modeling, and ERP systems
- Proven ability to partner cross-functionally and influence executive decision-making
- CPA and/or MBA preferred
Location
- Fremont, CA (onsite), with occasional travel. NO relocation package.
Compensation
- $300,000-$360,000 base salary + bonus + comprehensive benefits
