Title: Chief Revenue Officer
Location: Dallas-Fort Worth
Our client is seeking a senior commercial leader to own and scale all revenue-generating functions across the organization. This role will be responsible for defining revenue strategy, expanding market presence, strengthening customer relationships, and driving consistent execution across customer-facing teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall revenue and growth strategy.
- Lead all revenue-producing teams, including sales, account ownership, and field-based roles.
- Drive expansion through new markets, partnerships, and growth channels.
- Build and develop high-performing teams with clear goals, metrics, and accountability.
- Design compensation, incentives, and enablement frameworks aligned with growth targets.
- Act as a senior executive contact for key customers and partners.
- Improve performance across underperforming accounts and maximize long-term customer value.
- Use data, reporting, and analytics to guide decisions and measure results.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure aligned go-to-market execution.
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of revenue teams.

- Senior leadership experience in revenue, sales, or field-based commercial roles.
- Proven success driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships.
- Strong people leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical, data-driven approach with CRM and reporting experience.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
