Role Overview
Gradial is hiring a Director of Revenue Operations to build and own the systems, processes, and operating strategy that power our revenue engine.
You’ll own the systems, processes, and strategy that keep our sales motion running efficiently from forecast accuracy and pipeline health to pricing strategy and deal execution. This role sits between Sales, Finance, and Legal, playing a critical role in aligning teams and accelerating revenue.
Success in this role means tighter forecast precision, faster deal velocity, scalable infrastructure, and insights that drive strategic decision-making. You’ll be a force multiplier for our revenue team; enabling sellers to move faster, leaders to plan smarter, and Gradial to scale predictably.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the end-to-end RevOps strategy across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Design, implement, and optimize revenue systems, including CRM, marketing automation, and reporting infrastructure.
- Drive forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analytics to support accurate decision-making.
- Partner closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to define processes that scale with growth.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and deliver improvements that increase efficiency, conversion, and revenue velocity.
- Establish clear metrics, dashboards, and incentives that align teams to shared revenue goals.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related GTM operations role.
- Proven track record owning CRM and RevOps tooling in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear insights and actions.
- Strong command of HubSpot and sales tech stacks (CPQ or equivalent tools a plus)
- Experience building scalable processes from first principles in ambiguous environments.
- Highly collaborative operator with strong communication and executive-facing skills.
Desirable Attributes
- Familiarity with AI-native or product-led growth businesses.
- Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and complex deal structures
Compensation & Benefits
The base salary range for this position is
$150,000 – $185,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for performance-based bonuses and equity awards.
