Responsibilities:
- Lead all finance and accounting functions with a focus on growth and profitability
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and maintain clean financial reporting
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow models
- Perform detailed financial modeling for new business opportunities
- Analyze pricing strategies and deal structures for optimal returns
- Oversee preparation of financial packages and executive-level presentations
- Drive strategic initiatives, including partnerships and joint ventures
- Provide insights on market trends and economic viability of new ventures
- Maintain financial discipline while supporting innovation and expansion
- Collaborate with leadership to align financial goals with business objectives
- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team as the company scales
Requirements:
- Background in investment banking or similar high-level financial analysis a plus
- Experience within life sciences, biotech, medical device, or similar industries required
- Proven experience in FP&A, financial modeling, and strategic planning required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- MBA and/or CPA certification strongly preferred
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Ability to operate in both strategic and hands-on capacities
- Experience with M&A transactions and deal structuring
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
