Job Description
We’re hiring a high-impact
GTM Strategy and Operations professional to work closely with our GTM leadership across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Professional Services. This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, process-oriented, hands-on with systems/tools, and capable of driving outcomes through structured problem-solving and crisp execution.
We’re especially excited about candidates who can bring a modern ops mindset by using AI tools and agent-based workflows to improve productivity, forecasting, and decision-making.
This position is a great fit for a top-tier consultant (McKinsey/Bain/BCG) or a strong analytics/operator profile from banking/fintech / high-growth SaaS, who wants real ownership and cross-functional exposure.
Key Responsibilities
GTM & Sales Operations
- Partner with GTM stakeholders to run operating rhythms: pipeline reviews, forecasting cadence, QBR support, weekly dashboards
- Transform core Sales Ops processes across lead-to-order flow, sales methodology, enablement and reporting
- Help drive consistency and execution across teams, ensuring GTM operating discipline
Revenue & Business Analytics
- Build and manage business reporting across the revenue funnel: conversion rates, win/loss, sales cycle time, ACV, rep productivity
- Own recurring insights on customer churn and retention, identify drivers and patterns, and work with GTM/CS teams on actions to reduce churn risk
- Track and analyze key SaaS metrics and performance indicators, including: ARR/MRR, NRR/GRR, churn (logo & revenue), renewals, expansion, pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, Customer Profitability
- Translate data into clear narratives, recommendations, and decision-ready insights for leadership
Tech Stack, Reporting & Automation
- Create and maintain dashboards for leadership and GTM teams with high data quality and clarity
- Be hands-on with tools like Salesforce/HubSpot, Excel, Power BI/Tableau/Looker (SQL is a plus)
- Proactively identify gaps in tracking/reporting and help improve CRM discipline and data hygiene
- Automate recurring workflows wherever possible to improve scale and efficiency
AI & Agent-Driven Ops (Preferred) - Explore and apply AI copilots/agents to improve operational efficiency and GTM workflows
- Use AI to support workflows like:
- pipeline inspection and cleanup
- deal risk and next-best-action signals
- churn / renewal risk detection
- forecasting support and leadership summaries
Skills And Experience
Must-Haves
- Strong analytical ability and structured problem-solving skills
- Hands-on comfort with business tools and data (dashboards, spreadsheets, CRMs)
- Excellent communication skills (written + verbal) — able to influence stakeholders with clarity
- High ownership mindset and ability to execute in ambiguous environments
- Strong interpersonal skills — can partner effectively across Sales, CS, Marketing, PS and Leadership
Nice-to-Haves
- Background in McKinsey/Bain/BCG, investment banking, strategy roles, or SaaS RevOps/Sales Ops
- Strong understanding of SaaS GTM and retention/expansion motions
- Working knowledge of Salesforce + BI tools, and ideally basic SQL
- Experience building automation workflows (Zapier/Make/CRM workflows) or AI-enabled ops
Education
Tier-1 institutes preferred (
