Your Role
We’re hiring a new Revenue Operations Manager to work directly with Simon and build and scale our sales and revenue infrastructure — empowering every salesperson to close more deals, with less friction, better insights, and smarter processes.
You’ll own the systems, workflows, and analytics that fuel the revenue engine, making it possible for each sales rep to sign more deals consistently and predictably — without simply scaling headcount.
What You’ll Own
Revenue Systems & Automation
- Own and scale our HubSpot CRM architecture (pipelines, workflows, governance)
- Automate key revenue workflows across tools (n8n, Segment, Airbyte, Stripe)
- Reduce manual work for Sales by centralizing execution inside HubSpot
Sales Execution & Enablement
- Design lead/account scoring, routing, and prioritization systems
- Improve territory allocation and outbound targeting
- Structure sales processes, playbooks, and onboarding to ramp AEs faster
- Launch productivity initiatives that directly improve rep performance
- Run deep sales funnel analyses to unlock growth insights
Cross-Functional Impact
- Deliver ad-hoc analyses and strategic support to Marketing, CS, Partnerships
- Act as an internal consultant to leadership on revenue performance and growth levers
What Success Looks Like (3 months)
- Sales reps spend less time on admin and more time selling
- Funnel bottlenecks are identified and improved quarter over quarter
- New AEs ramp in weeks, not months
Who You AreExperience & Skills:
- +3 years of proven experience in RevOps / Sales Ops in high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
- Deep expertise with HubSpot — workflows, custom objects, CRM optimization.
- Strong analytical skills — fluent in SQL (using AI copilots where useful), BigQuery or equivalent.
- Experience with automation and integration tools: Segment, n8n, Make, Airbyte.
- Hands-on, builder mindset, deeply curious — comfortable structuring scalable processes from scratch.
- Fluent English (& French if possible).
Bonus Points:
- Experience in PLG + Sales-assisted business models
- You’ve led cross-functional projects with measurable business impact
- Interest in AI-powered GTM workflows
