Project Scope & Key Responsibilities
The successful consultant will be tasked with three primary pillars of execution:
- Stabilize Cash & Liquidity: You must actively manage the line of credit, mitigate covenant risk, and accelerate receivables to ensure liquidity stability.

Support Centralization: Oversee the completion of the AP shared-services transition and strengthen controllership rigor as the team centralizes operations.

Strengthen Execution: Improve variance oversight, drive accountability on EBITDA initiatives, and bring structure to the FP&A support cadence.
qualifications:
To be considered, applicants must demonstrate a history of success at the CFO level, specifically within Private Equity-backed environments.
- Experience Level: Must have extensive experience at the CFO level managing large-scale, multi-branch operations ($500M+ revenue).

Management Expertise: Proven ability to lead through centralization; you will oversee a team that currently includes a Controller and a 3+ person FP&A team.

Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Cash & Working Capital management and contingency planning.

ERP Systems: Hands-on proficiency with Sage Intacct is required.

Industry Context: Experience with rapid M&A integration and "shared-services" transitions is highly preferred.
