Job Title: Regional CFO
Location: Dublin, OH - must be willing to work on-site
Duration: Full-time Direct Hire
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (required)
- CPA preferred
- Healthcare financial leadership experience required
- Payroll experience required
- Inpatient psychiatric and/or chemical dependency hospital finance preferred
- Strong knowledge of healthcare financial operations and internal controls
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hospital financial systems
- Preferred - behavioral health hospital experience
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee business office staff including billing, collections, denials, financial counseling, utilization review, and data processing
- Maintain effective revenue cycle processes and improve hospital cash flow
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations
- Ensure accurate capture and posting of all financial and accounting activity
- Prepare monthly financial statements and productivity reports on a timely basis
- Monitor EBITDAR targets, analyze variances, and develop action plans with the CEO
- Maintain patient accounts receivable at appropriate market, payer, and acuity mix levels
- Ensure all balance sheet accounts are reconciled monthly and internal controls are in place
- Oversee Accounting, Patient Financial Services, Payroll, Purchasing, and other departments as assigned
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end close and co-present monthly operating reviews with CEO
- Prepare annual operating and capital budgets
- Support corporate finance during annual independent audit
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly financial and operational reporting as requested

Pay: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
