Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and technical-savvy Assistant Manager - Business Operations to join our OTT Super App team. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between business operations and engineering, managing day-to-day operational workflows, driving 3rd party API integrations, and handling high-level technical queries. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless app functionality while optimizing user experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Operations & Process Optimization (30%)
· Operational Workflows: Manage day-to-day operations, including product configurations, smooth partner on boarding, process and UI training and improvisation of business processes
· Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, cost, Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
· Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth business operations.
2. Technical Support & API Integration (20%)
· API Management: Lead the integration of subscription APIs with 3rd parties.
o Technical Troubleshooting and customer support: Act as the Level 1 for support of technical queries and product support. Arrange API Troubleshooting in coordination with technical teams. Handle API integration errors and data flow issues between systems.
o Documentation: Maintain high level technical documentation for API integrations, workflow processes, and troubleshooting guides.
3. Inside Sales (25%)
· Lead Prospecting: Research, identify, and target potential clients through online channels, social media, and industry databases.
· Outreach & Engagement: Initiate contact via cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling to generate interest.
4. Data Analysis & Reporting (25%)
· MIS Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly reports on operational metrics, including user acquisition, churn rates, using Excel/SQL.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (MCA/B.Tech preferred).
- Experience: 4-7 years of experience in technical operations, product and service support, or API integration management, preferably in the OTT or E-commerce or Fintech domain.

- Strong presentation skills and knowledge of power points,
