This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive Sponsored Ads growth across international LCS locales, with a focus on creating scalable solutions, automated tools, and performance frameworks that enhance sales effectiveness and revenue generation

Strategy Development & Execution
- Lead ICAA LCS SpAds strategy and go-to-market approach
- Drive concurrent complex initiatives across multiple workstreams
- Develop and implement new inspection mechanisms to improve SpAds performance
- Manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting objectives
- Technical Leadership & Innovation
- Partner with and influence product teams to develop automated tools and solutions
- Design and implement operational processes for Sales adoption
- Create and scale automated content and inspection tools
- Lead technical initiatives such as AI integration and automation projects
- Cross-functional Partnership
- Build and maintain relationships across multiple teams (Sales, Product, Insights, SPEO, Training)
- Drive alignment and accountability across various stakeholders
- Influence without direct authority to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to build structured review processes
- Performance & Process Improvement
- Design and implement close-looped programs to drive adoption of SpAds inputs
- Create and manage performance measurement frameworks
- Develop and scale effective narratives and best practices
- Lead initiatives to improve accessibility and local country relevance
Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 6+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience
- 5+ years of working with Advanced Compute technologies including, but not limited to: Accelerated Compute, High Performance Compute, Visual/Spatial Compute, and/or IoT. experience
- Knowledge of publisher ad tech stacks and/or advertising technology
- 5+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience explaining complex technical concepts to various business and technical audiences
- Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements

The base salary range for this position is listed below. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include other elements such as sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
