About the RoleWe are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead and scale our revenue engine across Brand Partnerships, Sales, Key Accounts, and Strategic Growth. This role will own the entire revenue lifecycle — from acquisition to retention and expansion — while building high-performing teams and long-term partnerships with leading brands.
The CRO will be responsible for driving topline growth, building predictable revenue systems, strengthening enterprise relationships, and positioning the agency as a market leader in influencer marketing.
Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Strategy & Growth- Own the company’s overall revenue target and build quarterly and annual revenue roadmaps.
- Design and execute scalable revenue strategies across new business, renewals, upsells, and cross-selling.
- Identify new revenue streams such as creator-led IPs, performance marketing integrations, long-term influencer retainers, and platform partnerships.
- Establish forecasting models, pipelines, and dashboards to track revenue health and growth.
Sales & Brand Partnerships Leadership- Lead new business acquisition across startups, D2C, enterprise brands, and agencies.
- Build strong relationships with CMOs, Brand Heads, Growth Leaders, and Marketing Directors.
- Personally handle high-value negotiations and enterprise deals.
- Drive proposal strategy, pricing frameworks, contract closures, and revenue realization.
- Build outbound and inbound sales motions for consistent deal flow.
Key Account Management & Client Retention- Oversee key accounts to ensure client satisfaction, repeat business, and account expansion.
- Develop long-term partnership models with top clients.
- Drive retention, upsell, and expansion strategies across existing accounts.
- Ensure delivery excellence in collaboration with Campaign Management, Planning, and Pricing teams.
Team Building & Leadership- Build and manage high-performing teams across:
- Sales / Brand Partnerships
- Account Management
- Revenue Operations
- Hire, train, and mentor revenue leaders and individual contributors.
- Set clear KRAs, commission structures, and performance benchmarks.
- Create a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous learning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration- Work closely with Planning & Strategy for proposal creation and influencer recommendations.
- Collaborate with Pricing / Talent Procurement to ensure healthy margins and cost efficiencies.
- Partner with Operations and Campaign teams to ensure seamless execution post-sale.
- Align closely with Founders and Finance on revenue projections, budgeting, and profitability.
Market Positioning & Business Development- Represent the company in industry events, brand meetings, and strategic forums.
- Build alliances with creator platforms, martech tools, and ecosystem partners.
- Stay updated on influencer trends, platforms, creator economy shifts, and competitor strategies.
- Help define agency offerings, case studies, and go-to-market narratives.

Required Qualifications & Experience- 8+ years of experience in Sales / Revenue Leadership (preferably in Influencer Marketing, Digital Marketing, Media, or Advertising).
- Proven experience scaling revenue in an agency or startup environment.
- Strong network within brand marketing and growth ecosystems.
- Demonstrated success in closing large enterprise deals.
- Experience managing and scaling sales and account teams.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing, creator ecosystems, and digital campaign economics.
- Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities.
