We’re looking for a results-oriented Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead sales, partnerships, and revenue strategy. You’ll be responsible for driving growth, building partnerships, and turning our product vision into measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute end-to-end sales and revenue strategies.
- Identify and onboard early clients and institutional partners.
- Create pricing models and manage client acquisition funnels.
- Lead sales campaigns, outreach, and marketing coordination.
- Build and lead a small, high-performing sales and growth team.
- Manage CRM dashboards, analytics, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with product and tech teams to align growth priorities.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–7 years of experience in sales, business development, or revenue operations (preferably in SaaS, AI, or startup ecosystems).
- Proven record of closing B2B/B2C deals or partnerships.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
