The Mission
As Chief Financial Officer, you will act as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, owning the financial agenda of the business while enabling informed, data-led decision-making across global operations. You will strengthen financial rigour, modernise ways of working and ensure the business is well-positioned for sustainable, long-term growth.

You are a commercially minded CFO with the gravitas to operate at board level and the curiosity to truly understand the drivers of a complex, product-led business. You enjoy being close to operations, influencing outcomes, and acting as a catalyst for positive change. You are comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on leadership in a fast-moving, international environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role (CFO / Finance Director)
- Background in technology-enabled, manufacturing, engineering or industrial businesses
- Strong international finance experience, including multi-country operations
- Track record of leading FP&A, performance management and commercial partnering
- Experience driving transformation, digitisation or systems improvement
- Comfortable operating in entrepreneurial, founder-led or decentralised business models
- Recognised professional accounting qualification or equivalent experience
- Willingness to relocate to Arizona, USA
