Key Responsibilities
- Shape and guide long‑term financial strategy alongside the Executive team
- Enhance commercial decision‑making through improved insight, analytics and performance reporting
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning with discipline and pace
- Convert operational data into meaningful financial intelligence for leadership discussions
- Modernise systems, reporting and processes to support efficiency and scale
- Strengthen governance, financial control and risk management
- Support expansion into new regions and service lines
- Build, mentor and develop a capable and future‑ready finance team
Candidate Profile
- Senior finance leader (FD or equivalent) with experience in a scaling SME or high‑growth environment
- Demonstrable success leading through growth, transformation and operational change
- Strong commercial mindset with credible operational understanding
- Emotionally intelligent communicator, effective at Executive and Board level
- Professionally qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent
- Background in legal or professional services is preferred
