Job Summary
I am hiring a part-time Growth & Revenue Operations Manager to help drive measurable revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
This is not a consulting-only position.
This is a hands-on execution role with revenue responsibility.
You will assess what exists, prioritize the highest-impact opportunities, and implement systems and campaigns that increase bookings, retention, and package sales.
Responsibilities
- Audit and optimize CRM workflows (email + SMS automation)
- Improve booking conversion and follow-up systems
- Launch and manage focused revenue campaigns
- Build reactivation and retention processes
- Support package and program growth
- Coordinate with front desk to improve sales process
- Track and report key performance metrics weekly
- Identify operational bottlenecks affecting revenue
