Omni‑Channel Business Operations Director
Located onsite in Melville, salary 150K-165K plus bonus🚀

As the Omni‑Channel & D2C Business Operations Director, you’ll be at the center of our growth. You’ll partner with teams across Retail, Wholesale, eCommerce, D2C, IT, Warehouse, and Customer Service to tighten workflows, streamline communication, and help the entire organization run smarter and faster.
💥 What You’ll Make Happen
-Build KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks from the ground up
-Lead operational improvements across every channel
-Own cross‑functional projects from kickoff to completion
-Create SOPs, workflows, and playbooks that elevate how teams work
-Spot issues early, remove roadblocks, and implement better systems
-Support system upgrades and tech enhancements
-Collaborate directly with Executive Leadership and share strategic insights
⭐ What You Bring
-Bachelor’s Degree
-Experience in retail , wholesale operations, eCommerce/D2C
-8+ years of project management or operational leadership experience
-Strength in IT/systems‑related initiatives
-A collaborative, energetic, team-first mindset
-Experience using BI tools and building dashboards
