Pay: $30–$35 per hour (on W2)
Job Overview:
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Assistant Sales Administration Coordinator/Manager to join our Luxe Division team on a 3-month contract. This hybrid role will support the Sales Admin team in managing order forms, allocations, and order management tasks for multiple brands. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales Admin, Marketing, Demand Planning, Sales Planning, and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely product availability and smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Launch and Basic order forms, ensuring accuracy and timely execution (includes product updates, master data updates, and changes to order forms).
- Communicate product availability, launches, promotions, and SKU changes to various teams (Commerce, Marketing, etc.).
- Support promotional order forms (sets) and manage allocations for launch, promotional, and non-salable products (displays, samples, etc.).
- Collaborate on quota violations, discontinued products, and price changes, ensuring proper communication with stakeholders.
- Maintain allocation files, update reports, and monitor order status for excess product by account.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including quota violations, discontinued product communication, and SRP price change coordination.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 1+ years of experience in Administration, Order Management, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with SAP and Power BI is a plus.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and work cross-functionally.
