Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) located in Chennai. The CFO will oversee all aspects of financial management, including strategic planning, preparation and analysis of financial statements, and financial reporting. Key responsibilities also include leading the financial planning processes, developing budgets, monitoring performance, managing risk, and providing insights to support decision-making and growth strategies. The CFO will collaborate with leadership to ensure financial health and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Financial Planning, Financial Statements, and Finance to drive business strategies and financial health
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights for decision-making
- Experience in creating and managing Financial Reporting systems
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with stakeholders
- Educational background in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance
- Experience in the luxury interiors or design industry is advantageous
