CFO – Hi-Tech Manufacturing – Private Equity
Our client is a technology product and systems integrator with an international manufacturing footprint backed by private equity. We are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to lead a new generation transformation of the finance and accounting function on the heels of dynamic acquisitive initiatives. We are seeking a strategically-oriented CFO who will provide the necessary leadership in establishing a robust finance and accounting infrastructure including technology architecture and tech stack. The ideal individual for this role will have a “can-do” attitude and has demonstrated success creating foundational accounting processes and financial reporting as a platform for scaling the enterprise. Experience with tariffs and international tax would be highly advantageous along with expertise working in multi-unit manufacturing-flavored companies.
