Role Overview:
As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will work closely with the sales team and account managers to optimize sales processes, analyze performance data, and support smooth internal operations.
You will be responsible for improving operational efficiency through structured workflows, accurate data management, insightful reporting, and strong coordination across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Operations & CRM Management
- Maintain, manage, and optimize CRM data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability
- Support sales workflows including lead assignment, pipeline movement, and documentation
- Uphold strong data hygiene and reporting discipline across all sales activities
Sales Analytics & Reporting
- Maintain dashboards and management reports for pipeline health, sales performance, and forecasts
- Assist with sales forecasting, quota tracking, and performance monitoring
Requirements:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Analytics, Marketing, or a related field
- Fresher to 1 year of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, Business Operations, or similar roles
Core Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Exposure to BI or analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365, Zoho, or similar)
- Working knowledge of SQL for querying
