Issuer Services (
CIS) is the division within Computershare responsible for providing administrative services to Issuer Services clients and their individual security holders.
The business management team sits in the core of our Issuer CE and Investor Engagement business reporting into the Head of Continental Europe and Integration CEO of Investor Engagement. The team support the executive leadership team in identifying and executing on strategic plans, business improvements and initiatives such as the Front Office alignment.
A role you will love
The Sales Operations Support role will report into the Sr Sales Operations Manager Continental Europe and Investor Engagement.
This role will leverage a degree of proficiency in Salesforce to support various teams and business lines, ensuring best-in-class service to users and maintaining a high-quality standard in the system.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in data migration projects and ensure data accuracy during transfers to and from Salesforce
- Respond to user inquiries and technical issues related to Salesforce
- Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce features and functionalities
- Assist in the implementation and customization of Salesforce applications to meet business needs
- Collaborate with other teams to enhance the Salesforce experience and drive user adoption
- Document support processes and create user manuals and training materials
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and best practices to provide informed support
What will you bring to the role?
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, including knowledge of its features and functionalities. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience with data management, including data import/export and data cleansing techniques.
- Exceptional communication skills for effectively interacting with end-users and team members. Customer service orientation with a focus on user satisfaction and support.
- Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently. Ability to connect the dots and enable conversations with the right stakeholders to find solutions.
- Ensures timely reporting to relevant stakeholders and enables informed and data-driven decisions.
- Proven ability to engage and build rapport with a wide range of stakeholders. Strong communication and consulting skills, a positive attitude, and effectively present information and respond to questions from stakeholders. Adaptability to a changing environment, demonstrating flexibility and a passion for achievement.
- Having European language skills is also desirable for this position but not a requirement
