We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Business Operations & Strategy Analyst to support sales and revenue operations across the EMEA region. This role is critical in driving operational excellence, financial rigour and data-driven decision-making within a fast-paced and evolving commercial environment.
You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Strategy and Analytics teams to manage core operational processes, provide insight through deep analysis, and support business planning and investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Business-Critical Operations
- Lead core operational processes including revenue reporting, sales incentive compensation, target setting, and budget and headcount management.
- Ensure accurate governance, reporting integrity and financial oversight across the business.
- Maintain scalable, efficient operational frameworks to support leadership decision-making.
- Drive Sales Operations & Planning Excellence
- Seamlessly manage essential processes supporting the EMEA sales organisation, including incentives planning and deployment, compensation management, funding oversight and annual business planning cycles.
- Partner with Finance and Sales leadership to align operational processes with commercial objectives.
- Continuously improve workflows to enhance accuracy, efficiency and transparency.
- Deliver Insight Through Advanced Analytics
- Collaborate with the analyst community to conduct deep-dive analyses that generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Use SQL and other analytical tools to interrogate large datasets and identify trends, risks and opportunities.
- Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for senior stakeholders.
- Optimise Investment & Resource Allocation
- Develop headcount, travel & expenses (T&E) and broader resource allocation models.
- Ensure investment is optimally distributed across countries, channels and product areas.
- Support scenario planning and long-term strategic forecasting.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated experience in analytical and financial analysis, including working extensively with data and SQL.
- Knowledge of digital advertising or media industries and/or relevant experience in consulting, investment banking, product strategy, media strategy or data engineering.
- Experience with SQL and other database, automation or business intelligence tools.
- Proven success in business planning, reporting management, governance and Finance Operations.
- Excellent influencing and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional networks.
- Self-starter comfortable operating in unstructured environments; able to manage ambiguity and bring clarity and structure to complex challenges.
