Summary
Apple is seeking a project manager in the Wallet Business Operations team to deliver high quality onboarding and launches of a wide range of partners (banks, transit operators, payment networks, venues, loyalty schemes and more) in several countries. The Business Operations team is responsible for the operational readiness and launch of Apple Wallet partners and working with them on an ongoing basis to manage data efficiently, maintain key metrics and handle day to day interactions effectively.
As part of the EMEIA Business Operations team based in London, within the Apple Pay International team, you will be responsible for launch planning and execution of Apple Wallet partners and features. You will collaborate with teams across business development, operations, finance, product, engineering and analytics to manage a consolidated project pipeline, coordinate all required activities and continuously streamline our processes. Description
Efficiently manage the pipeline of partners being onboarded on Apple Pay and Wallet.
Lead operational relationships with Apple Pay and Wallet’s partners (including banks, transit providers, payment networks, credential managers and more).
Work cross-functionally with internal groups and external partners to improve the efficiency and scalability of our operations through collaboration, leadership and a customer-focused approach.
Evolve and expand planning and launch management systems, from pre-planning to launch activities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience of operational project management in a fast moving environment.
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders internationally in large organisations.
- Proven track record of implementing, streamlining and managing operational processes.
- Ability to analyse processes and data and identify improvements.
- Passion for new technology, tools and innovation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in English. Other languages desirable: French, Spanish, German preferred.
- Degree education in relevant field desirable but candidates from all education backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
