Are you analytical, detail-oriented, and motivated by turning data into meaningful business insights? Do you enjoy supporting sales teams not just through reporting, but by jumping in where support is needed to improve processes, tools, and outcomes? If that sounds like you, our Sales Operations Analyst role could be your next great opportunity. In this role, you will support our national sales organization through data, systems, and operational support, with the opportunity to grow and take on broader responsibilities as the business evolves.
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SALES OPERATIONS ANALYST
As a Sales Operations Analyst, you play a key role in supporting our national sales team through data analysis, reporting, and system optimization. You work daily in Salesforce and other sales, operational, and finance platforms to generate reports, identify trends, and support forecasting and goal tracking. You act as a subject matter expert for sales tools, provide training and first-line support to sales representatives, and assist with CRM data management, client contracts, and portal administration. As priorities shift, you are flexible in supporting the sales team in additional operational and analytical ways, contributing wherever your skills can have the greatest impact. Each day, you collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and other teams to fulfill data requests, support quarterly business reviews, improve workflows, and ensure information is accurate, timely, and aligned with business objectives.
