Sales Operations/Enablement Manager-Hybrid based
POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Operations/Enablement Manager to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for optimizing the sales process and ensuring our sales teams are equipped with the tools, resources, and knowledge they need to succeed. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to create and implement sales enablement strategies that drive revenue growth, improve sales performance, and enhance the overall customer experience.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Sales Training & Development: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary knowledge, skills, and tools to meet sales objectives and maximize performance.
- Sales Tools & Resources: Identify, implement, and manage the sales tools and resources (CRM systems, sales playbooks, content libraries, etc.) that support the sales team's success.
- Process Optimization: Work cross-functionally to identify and streamline sales processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness throughout the sales cycle.
- Sales Content Management: Collaborate with marketing to ensure the sales team has access to relevant, up-to-date content (presentations, case studies, white papers, etc.) to engage customers and close deals.
- Performance Analytics: Analyze sales data to identify gaps in sales performance and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Onboarding & Continuous Support: Oversee the onboarding process for new sales hires, ensuring they are ramped up quickly and effectively. Provide ongoing support and coaching for sales reps.
- Collaboration & Communication: Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and ensure consistency in messaging and go-to-market initiatives.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or Master's degree a plus.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a similar role in a B2B environment.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and tools (CRM, sales analytics, content management systems).
- Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data and make strategic recommendations based on insights.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Experience with sales enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic, Salesforce, etc.).
- Familiarity with various sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, SPIN Selling, etc.).
- Strong background in developing training programs or content.
- Advanced leadership, interpersonal, technical aptitude, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead and drive process improvement techniques through a skillful and deliberate manner.
- A team player, and the ability to coach and mentor inline with the AMI values.
- Superior motivational skills and the ability to train all levels of the employees.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across multiple levels of the business.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers, corporate, managers, employees, clients, and the public.
- Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment as well as being an effective team player.

- Strong PC knowledge and skills: Windows, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
