About the Role
Network Solutions helps small businesses build and grow their online presence. As part of Newfold Digital, we power millions of customers through domains, hosting, websites, and online marketing solutions.
We are looking for a Sales Operations & Analytics Manager to turn customer, sales, and campaign data into insights that drive smarter sales execution and revenue growth across all sales motions. This is a hands-on analytics role that blends data, systems, and AI driven sales workflows to improve how sales teams operate.
This role directly influences how Network Solutions understands its customers, prioritizes sales effort, and unlocks growth across all sales teams. You won’t just report on performance — you’ll help shape strategy, execution, and results using data and AI enabled sales workflows.
What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.
•Analyze customer and sales data to identify upsell, cross-sell, expansion, and retention opportunities
• Evaluate performance of sales campaigns and motions across inbound, outbound, renewal, and expansion teams
• Identify high-potential customer segments and targeting strategies for future sales initiatives
• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards using data sourced from Oracle databases
• Translate business questions into clear, actionable insights for sales leaders
• Monitor sales performance trends and highlight risks and opportunities
• Support AI-driven sales workflows by helping design, evaluate, and refine prompt based logic used in analytics, automation, and AI-assisted sales motions
• Maintain light system and reporting processes, including data refreshes and automation
Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.
• 7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Analytics focused roles
• Strong hands-on experience with:
o Tableau (dashboard ownership and development)
o Oracle databases and relational data platforms
• Strategic fluency with relational data platforms, including hands-on experience with Oracle or similar systems and the ability to oversee SQL-based analysis, data structures, and data governance
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and modern cloud data ecosystems
• Proven ability to analyze large customer datasets and translate insights into sales and campaign action
• Hands-on experience writing, testing, and refining AI prompts to support analytics, automation, and AI-driven sales workflows (e.g., AI SDRs, automated outreach, or decision-support systems)
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills
• Experience working with CRM platforms and sales performance reporting
Nice to Have
• Experience with Pega CRM or similar enterprise CRM platforms
• Awareness of AI/ML/LLM trends and their business applications, with practical experience influencing how AI systems behave through prompt design, iteration, and performance feedback loops in sales or operations contexts
• Experience analyzing sales or marketing campaigns across multiple sales motions
• Exposure to automation tools (e.g., Power Automate or workflow automation)
• Background in revenue analytics or FP&A-adjacent roles
