On the heels of our
$122M USD Series D funding, we’re scaling our go-to-market engine with rigor and precision. We’re looking for a Senior GTM Analyst to help define how performance is measured, forecasted, and understood across PLG, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Partners.
This role is ideal for someone who loves turning messy data into clear insight and wants to sit close to the decisions that drive growth.
A Note on Location

The Opportunity
As our Senior GTM Analyst, you will build and strengthen the analytical foundation of Blue J’s go-to-market motion.
You will design dashboards, define KPIs, develop forecasting models, and partner cross-functionally to ensure leaders have accurate, actionable insight into performance.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role with exposure to PLG, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and RevOps leadership. You’ll sit close to the decisions that drive growth and play a critical role in helping the business scale with clarity and discipline.
What You’ll Be Doing
Go-to-Market Reporting & Dashboards
- Design, build, and maintain go-to-market dashboards that track performance across the full funnel
- Ensure dashboards are accurate, timely, and trusted by GTM and executive leadership
- Translate complex datasets into clear, intuitive visualizations that drive action
KPI Definition & Governance
- Create and maintain standardized KPI definitions across all of go-to-market
- Own a centralized metric repository to ensure consistency and clarity
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure metrics are applied consistently across teams and reporting surfaces
Analysis & Insights
- Perform ad-hoc analyses to answer business questions related to growth, performance, and efficiency
- Proactively surface insights, risks, and opportunities using data
- Support leadership with analytical inputs for decision-making and planning
Experimentation & Measurement
- Develop A/B testing and measurement standards to be used across all GTM teams
- Partner with Marketing and Product teams to ensure experiments are properly designed, measured consistently, and interpreted correctly
Forecasting & Planning
- Partner with Finance to build and manage forecasting models for key GTM measures
- Develop and refine multiple forecasting methodologies as the business scales
- Support annual and quarterly planning with data-driven forecasts and scenario analysis
Data Architecture & Enablement
- Define specifications for approved-for-use data marts or other democratized data assets
- Partner with RevOps, engineering, and GTM teams to ensure data models support reporting and analysis needs
- Help ensure data consumers across the business are working from a consistent, reliable source of truth
What You Offer Blue J
- 6+ years of experience in an analyst, analytics, or business intelligence role
- At least 4 years of experience supporting go-to-market teams such as Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, or Revenue Operations
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel or Google Sheets, and Tableau
- Demonstrated experience building forecasting models and supporting business planning processes
- Proven ability to turn ambiguous questions and messy datasets into structured analysis and clear insight
- Strong communication skills and comfort partnering cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- High attention to detail and a deep respect for data accuracy and governance.
- Nice to have: Experience with Python for analysis or automation, background in B2B SaaS or subscription-based businesses, familiarity with modern data stacks, and exposure to high-growth environments

Compensation
The base pay range for this role is CA$120,000 – CA$150,000 per year.
Final compensation will be set fairly and thoughtfully based on experience, expertise, and alignment with the role’s responsibilities. While all candidates are expected to bring directly relevant experience, the top of the range is typically reserved for individuals who demonstrate exceptional depth in the role’s core competencies, a strong track record of impact in similar environments, and the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy from day one.
