On behalf of our Professional Services client, Procom is searching for a Marketing Manager, Mid-Market GTM (B2B SaaS) for a 15 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.
Marketing Manager, Mid-Market GTM (B2B SaaS) - Job Description:
The Marketing Manager will lead multi-channel go-to-market (GTM) programs targeting mid-market prospects. The role involves collaborating with channel teams to develop marketing initiatives and managing lead nurture programs to generate qualified sales leads.
Marketing Manager, Mid-Market GTM (B2B SaaS) - Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute multi-channel GTM programs that attract, engage, and convert emerging mid-market prospects.
- Partner with channel teams (web, performance, and integrated marketing) to develop and execute inbound and outbound marketing initiatives aligned to business growth goals.
- Manage and optimize lead nurture programs to generate qualified leads for the sales team. Measure campaign performance and continuously refine programs for improved ROI and pipeline contribution.
- Develop customer-facing materials, case studies, and enablement tools that help sales teams tell compelling product stories and close deals faster.
- Collaborate closely with the Principal Marketing Manager and the sales organization to align on target segments, pipeline goals, and forecasting.
- Partner with key internal stakeholders to design and pilot new outbound motions that build awareness, create engagement, and accelerate sales cycles within key accounts and industries.
Marketing Manager, Mid-Market GTM (B2B SaaS) - Mandatory Skills:
- Campaign management skills: achieve business results managing multiple projects, driving campaign segmentation and targeting, leveraging test design and measurement best practices, managing channel mix for maximum impact.
- Relationship management skills: ability to influence great work and partnerships with internal/external partners with ongoing thoughtful and actionable work input.
- Extensive and applied knowledge of GTM best practices: planning, measurement, messaging, channels.
- Analytical and data-driven; proficient with self-service data tools and can define measuring requirements, analyze data for key insight and apply optimizations.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Marketing Manager, Mid-Market GTM (B2B SaaS) – Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years B2B marketing communications experience.
- Experience with Account Based Marketing an asset.
- Marketing experience in SaaS, Telco, Financial Services an asset.
