An US publicly listed cross-border technology and financial services group (confidential search), with operations spanning digital assets, fintech, and global capital markets. The company is in a continued expansion phase and has significantly broadened its footprint through strategic acquisitions and integrations in recent years. It will continue to pursue financing initiatives and capital markets activities to support its long-term growth.
The group is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a strong background in the digital asset industry to lead global financial strategy, capital planning, and post-merger integration.
Key Responsibilities 主要职责
Strategic Finance & Leadership 战略财务与领导
• Develop and execute global financial strategy 制定并执行全球财务战略
• Support executive leadership on financial planning and strategic decisions 支持管理层财 务规划与战略决策
• Support M&A, investments, and strategic initiatives 支持并购、投资及战略项目
• Drive financial planning to support business growth 推动财务规划支持业务增长
Capital Markets & Financing 资本市场与融资
• Lead equity and debt financing activities 主导股权及债务融资
• Optimize capital structure and capital efficiency 优化资本结构及资本效率
• Manage relationships with investors and financial institutions 对接投资人及金融机构 • Support IPO readiness or capital market transactions 支持 IPO 准备或资本市场交易
Financial Operations & Compliance 财务运营与合规
• Oversee accounting, reporting, and financial controls 负责会计、财务报告及内控体系
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax requirements 确保财务及税务合规
• Manage audit processes and regulatory reporting 管理审计及监管报告 • Establish scalable financial systems 建立可扩展的财务体系
Treasury & Risk Management 资金与风险管理
• Manage treasury, liquidity, and cash flow 管理资金、流动性及现金流 • Monitor financial and operational risks 监控财务及运营风险

• Build and lead global finance team 建立并管理全球财务团队

Qualifications 任职要求
Required 必须条件
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 财务、金融 或相关专业本科及以上学历
• 10+ years of finance experience, including senior leadership roles 10 年以上财务经验，包 含高级管理经验
• Strong experience in capital markets and financing operations 具备资本市场及融资经验
• Experience managing global finance operations 具备全球财务管理经验
• Strong strategic and analytical skills 具备优秀战略及分析能力
Preferred 优先条件
• Experience in fintech, digital assets, or financial services 金融科技、数字资产或金融服务 经验优先
• CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred 持有 CPA、CFA 或 MBA 优先
• Experience in IPO, M&A, or corporate restructuring 有 IPO、并购或重组经验优先
• Familiar with US GAAP or IFRS 熟悉 US GAAP 或 IFRS 优先
