Introduction & Summary
We are seeking a talented Salesforce Senior Developer - CPQ & Pricing who will be an integral part of our newly established capabilities center in Pune. This role focuses on enhancing Salesforce CPQ functionalities while ensuring maximum system efficiency. Ideal candidates will possess extensive knowledge in Apex, LWC, and business logic implementation, underpinned by strong collaboration skills.
Main Responsibilities
- Implement scalable CPQ and pricing logic using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Dynamic Forms.
- Translate complex business requirements into robust, user-friendly Salesforce solutions.
- Enhance key CPQ components, including Quote creation and Approval Flows.
- Support deployments and incident resolution across Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate on estimates and refine solutions with Product Owners.
- Document features and maintain solution traceability through Jira & Confluence.
- Oversee release readiness, including regression testing.
- Contribute to the technical governance of the CPQ ecosystem.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases to enhance platform use.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related engineering field.
- 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, ideally with CPQ implementation.
- Proven experience in Salesforce backend and front-end development (Apex, LWC, SOQL).
- Knowledge of Development best practices.
- Experience with Flows, Dynamic Forms, and Automations.
- Understanding of key CPQ concepts (Pricing Conditions, Approvals).
- Familiarity with general configuration solutions.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs and ETLs (e.g., Talend).
- Knowledge of Scrum agile methodologies.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Certification as Platform Developer 2 or Salesforce CPQ Specialist is a plus.
- Experience with Copado and working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Git.
