We’re hiring a
Junior Business Operations Analyst to support founders and senior leadership at a fast-growing Regtech AI company. This role sits at the intersection of
operations, finance, and executive support, with a strong focus on
analysis and reporting.
You’ll help prepare board and investor materials, support financial and operational reporting, and assist with day-to-day execution across the business. This is a hands-on role with high exposure and a steep learning curve.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Financial Operations
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and basic financial analysis
- Build and maintain Excel models for tracking KPIs, runway, and operational metrics
- Assist with expense tracking, invoices, and vendor management
- Work with external accountants and finance partners
Operational Execution
- Track priorities, action items, and follow-ups from leadership meetings
- Support internal planning and reporting processes
- Help document and improve operational workflows
Skills And Experience
Executive & Board Support
- Help prepare board decks (PowerPoint), turning data and analysis into clear, concise slides and narratives
- Maintain recurring internal reporting for leadership
Cross-Functional Support
- Work with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to gather data and inputs
- Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed
Qualifications
- Recent graduate (or graduating soon)
- Strong PowerPoint skills (clear structure, clean visuals)
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, basic modeling)
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable working with senior stakeholders
- Ability to turn messy inputs into structured outputs
Preferred (Not Required)
- Degree in finance, economics, business, or accounting
- Internship experience in finance, consulting or operations
- Basic understanding of financial statements and metrics
Interest in technology, AI, or SaaS businesses
