The Opportunity
Amdocs is hiring a Director of Data & AI Offering & Strategic Partnerships – GTM to lead GTM strategy, commercialization, and partner-led growth across the Data & AI portfolio. Reporting to the VP of Data & AI Growth & GTM, this role turns Data & AI products, services, and partnerships into market-ready offers that drive pipeline, adoption, and revenue through both direct and partner motions.
What will your job look like?
Product & Services GTM
- Own the end-to-end GTM strategy for Data & AI products and services.
- Define, launch, and scale packaged offers and solutions.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Presales to build direct GTM motions.
- Create customer-oriented value propositions and translate capabilities into sellable offerings, including partner-led motions.
Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem GTM
- Lead the Data & AI partnership GTM strategy with hyperscalers and ecosystem partners.
- Identify priority partners, joint solution opportunities, and target customer segments.
Hyperscaler & Ecosystem Execution
- Build and operationalize co-sell motions, joint solutions, and marketplace strategies.
- Align partner GTM with Amdocs sales plays and regional execution.
- Work closely with alliance leaders to activate global and field-level motions.
Field & Partner Enablement
- Ensure consistent messaging across direct and partner-led motions.
- Equip sellers with pitch decks, playbooks, battlecards, offer guides, and pricing frameworks.
- Support partner-driven deals through solutioning and executive alignment.
Evangelization & Market Presence
- Serve as a GTM evangelist for Amdocs Data & AI offerings and partnerships.
- Collaborate with Marketing to amplify market messaging.
- Represent Amdocs in customer pitches, industry events, partner sessions, and thought leadership activities.
Product Feedback & Continuous Improvement
- Bring customer, field, and partner insights back to Product and Engineering.
- Influence roadmap priorities and iterate offerings, messaging, and pricing based on market feedback.
All you need is...
Experience
- 10+ years in GTM, Product Commercialization, Partnerships, or Alliances in Data, AI, Cloud, or Enterprise Software.
- Proven experience launching and scaling telecom BSS/OSS, Data, or AI solutions.
- Strong track record with hyperscaler and ecosystem-led growth.
- Experience developing agentic AI solutions for telecom across hyperscalers (GCP, NVIDIA, MSFT).
- Background in complex, global, matrixed organizations.
