On the Bell Business Markets team, you’ll be a vital part of making innovation happen for enterprise-scale customers. You’ll deliver advanced solutions in areas such as IoT, Mobility/5G, Cloud, Cyber Security, Voice, Collaboration & Contact Centre and Internet & Private Networks.

Drive broad data intelligence and operational excellence intelligence by analyzing business processes, identifying data points across various business functions, developing reports and dashboards and removing roadblocks delaying implementations and the start of billing. This role leverages data science, technology, financial insight, leadership and negotiations to identify and correct complex business challenges, while also supporting data accuracy, data quality compliancy, AI exploration analytics, Sales Transformation analytics and other emerging data-driven initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Accuracy, Quality & Compliance: Proactively define, implement, and monitor data quality standards and compliance frameworks across diverse business domains. Identify, investigate, and resolve data accuracy issues, ensuring robust data integrity for all analytical and reporting needs.
- Sales Transformation & Strategic Analytics: Develop and execute advanced analytics strategies to support sales transformation initiatives. Create comprehensive reports and dashboards that provide strategic insights into various Technical Sales and Sales Transformation initiatives enabling data-driven decision-making for business growth.
- Revenue Forecasting & Predictive Analytics: Analyze business and sales cycle data and correlate to operational data to track and report on deal progressions through the quote to Cash process, identifying trends, challenges and key considerations. Apply predictive modeling techniques to forecast outcomes and identify potential risks or opportunities.
- Business Process Optimization: Lead deep dive analysis of business processes to identify inefficiencies & Gaps. Document findings.
- Data Governance & Pipeline Management: Ensure sales data integrity within CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), focusing on critical deals for accurate revenue timing and overall business insight. Monitor the deal pipeline to identify and mitigate revenue slippage, delays and data quality issues.
- BI & Reporting: Develop and automate BI dashboards and reports (Salesforce Analytics, Tableau, Power BI) for stakeholders, tracking forecasting accuracy, KPIs, and operational insights and performance metrics related to strategic initiatives and AI model outputs.
- Technology & Automation: Design automated alerts for data inconsistencies, pipeline risks, abnormal implementation and billing delays
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations to understand the processes, the root causes of the delay, translate data into actionable strategies, take corrective actions and communicate findings and recommendations to management.
- Strategic Advisory: Analyze insights to advise the E2E Revenue Program team to ensure automation being develop addresses all use cases and identified gaps and challenges discovered.
Education And Experience
- University degree in a quantitative field such as Business Administration/Commerce (Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or Business Analytics) or Computer Science (Data Science, Data Analytics, or Information Technology)
- 5+ years in roles like Business Analyst, Data Analyst, BI Analyst, Finance analyst, Sales/Revenue Operations or Data Scientist preferably B2B.
- Proven experience building revenue assurance dashboards, implementing data quality frameworks, conducting advanced data analysis, following revenue assurance process and applying statistical or machine learning techniques to solve business problems.
Critical Qualifications
- Hands-on expertise with BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Salesforce Analytics, Power BI) and automated dashboards.
- Proven expertise to build complex reports and dashboard and summarizing insights for executives
- Data extraction, manipulation, and interpretation skills.
- Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (including executive level).
- Persistent individual who relishes finding the answer to incongruent data points.
- Expert data analytics and modeling (Python, R, SQL proficiency).
- Solid understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering), and AI concepts.
- Strong Salesforce knowledge (data management, automation like Flows).
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
