Our client located in Marietta, GA, is looking for a Hands on CFO. They are classified as a High growth company - $12 Million PE Owned Company located in Atlanta - but they plan to be at $36 million in the next 9-12 months.
The candidate will have an immediate need to implement an ERP System. He/She will also be hiring the whole Accounting and Finance team from scratch. This is a heavy lift. The ideal profile will probably be a person who has not been a CFO before but is right here on the cusp.
Candidates must have manufacturing industry experience and Cost Accounting experience and some treasury experience as well.

Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible financial leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior finance role within the Manufacturing Industry.
Education & Certification:
- CPA, CMA and/or MBA would be a plus, but they are not required.
