Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in project/program management or a customer-facing role.
- Experience as an operations leader and point of contact for cross-functional teams spanning partnerships, engineering, and marketing.
- Experience in design and execute operating improvements and process initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience as a category, channel, or operations manager for a eCommerce or consumer products business.
- Experience in project and partner management, overseeing complex cross-functional projects.
- Experience with operational process design and analytics.
- Experience in an early-stage and rapidly growing business.
- Knowledge of business performance metrics.

Responsibilities
- Support country expansion for sales of digital gift card products on Google Play. Contribute to a cross-functional launch team and manage the launch project plan as well as key operational steps.
- Own the operations business function for a quickly growing digital business selling first and third-party gift cards on Google Play.
- Serve as primary operational contact for external partners, managing topics spanning business reviews, launch coordination, and technical operations.
- Oversee partner financial operations including monthly reporting, escalations, and reconciliation.
- Manage functions including product set-up, account creation, and testing.
