Job Description:
We are looking for an Executive – Business Operations & Analytics to support the Partnerships & Alliances (P&A) team in data management, reporting, and operational analytics. This role will focus on data preparation, data quality & accuracy, sales pipeline & revenue tracking, executive reporting & dashboard preparation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience and exposure with major CRM tools, strong excel and reporting skills, and the ability to work with data from multiple internal and external partner / vendor systems.
Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders to collect and consolidate data from different
sources
• Perform data quality checks and highlight inconsistencies or gaps and mitigate them
• Maintain and ensure accuracy and completeness of business data across all Reports & Dashboards
• Track & report sales pipeline, revenue, and expenses of Partnerships and Alliances BU
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for sales and business enablement teams
• Create executive dashboards and summaries to support management decision-making
• Document processes, maintain data repository and support continuous improvement initiatives
Experience and Skills:
• 2–3 years of experience in Business Operations, Sales Operations, CRM Operations, or Reporting & Analytics
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field
• Hands-on experience / exposure with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, MS Dynamics, Freshworks, or similar
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, complex analysis, macros etc.)
• PowerPoint skills preferred
• Good understanding of sales pipelines, forecasting, and reporting concepts
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to communicate data insights clearly to internal & external teams
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow
