The Sales Operations Specialist supports revenue-driving teams by optimizing sales processes, managing pricing and quoting workflows, maintaining data integrity across systems, and ensuring operational efficiency. This role partners cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Customer Success to support the full sales lifecycle in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver accurate, timely sales quotes and commercial proposals in partnership with Account Executives and Business Development teams.
- Review and validate pricing structures, discount approvals, and contract terms to ensure compliance with company guidelines.
- Maintain and update pricing tools, CRM systems, and ERP platforms to ensure accurate data and reporting integrity.
- Manage quote revisions, product modifications, and pricing adjustments throughout the sales cycle.
- Track pipeline activity and sales metrics, providing reporting and insights to leadership.
- Support forecasting processes by maintaining clean opportunity data and monitoring deal progression.
- Collaborate with Finance and Operations to align pricing, invoicing, and revenue recognition processes.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal inquiries related to pricing, contracts, and sales tools.
- Assist in the implementation and continuous improvement of sales systems, automation tools, and reporting dashboards.
- Support administrative and operational functions that enhance the effectiveness of the sales and customer success teams.
- Contribute to special projects aimed at driving efficiency, scalability, and process modernization.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Finance, Technology, or related field).
- 3–5 years of experience in sales support or sales operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with CRM/ERP systems preferred.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally across technical and non-technical teams.
