Business Application Analyst
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Business Application Analyst to facilitate the effective use of our business applications, ensuring they meet the needs of our organization. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in Oracle Fusion and Oracle EPM to optimize processes and provide valuable insights to enhance our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business requirements for various applications and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that meet business needs.
- Perform system configuration and maintenance for Oracle Fusion and Oracle EPM.
- Support users by troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on application functionalities and best practices.
- Create and maintain documentation for system processes, workflows, and user guides.
- Participate in system testing and validation to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
Qualifications
- 2+yrs in a Business Application Analyst role
- ERP system experience / ERP administration
- Experience working with direectly with accounting
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion and Oracle EPM is a definite plus
- Familiarity with enterprise application support and management
- Knowledge of SQL and database management
- Understanding of ITGCs and SOX audits
- Proficiency in metadata management and SoD reviews
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
