Our client is a leading private equity–backed healthcare company seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented Business Operations Associate. This Chicago-based role will support senior leadership and play a critical part in ensuring operational efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to support daily operational execution and prioritization
- Manage complex scheduling, travel coordination, and executive logistics
- Prepare professional correspondence, reports, and presentation materials
- Track key initiatives and ensure timely follow-through across stakeholders
- Serve as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners
- Maintain organized documentation and support process improvement efforts
- Assist with ad hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives
Who You Are
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, executive support, consulting, finance, or a similarly rigorous environment
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Professional presence with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities with discretion and sound judgment
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working with senior stakeholders
- Motivated to grow into broader operational responsibility over time
