The Senior Director of Revenue Operations is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth and operational excellence across the organization. This leader will oversee all aspects of sales excellence, forecasting, reporting, strategic planning, and market analysis. The Senior Director Rev Ops will work cross-functionally to align Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and other functions to ensure the company’s revenue goals are surpassed while fostering data-driven insights to uncover future growth opportunities for Fonoa.
What you will do:
Sales Excellence:
- Design and implement best-in-class sales processes, tools, and methodologies to drive productivity and effectiveness.
- Establish clear KPIs and performance metrics to monitor and optimize sales team performance.
Sales Enablement:
- Develop and manage sales enablement initiatives, ensuring the team is equipped with the knowledge, skills, and tools to succeed.
Forecasting & Reporting:
- Support an end-to-end revenue forecasting process, delivering accurate and actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide visibility into revenue performance.
- Conduct pipeline analysis and provide strategic recommendations to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
Strategic Planning:
- Analyze Total Addressable Market (TAM) to identify growth opportunities and prioritize target segments.
- Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark the company’s performance and refine strategies.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute the company’s long-term revenue strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with marketing to align on demand generation, lead qualification, and campaign effectiveness.
- Work closely with customer success to improve customer retention, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Drive alignment across other departments to ensure seamless execution of the revenue strategy.
Operational Excellence:
- Continuously evaluate and improve company-related systems, tools, and processes.
- Lead quarterly objectives planning sessions and company-wide roll-out, including tracking and measuring performance across the company
- Manage budget and resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing Revenue Operations team.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation across the organization.
- Partner with senior leadership to align revenue operations with broader business objectives.
You will be a great fit if:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Significant leadership experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or a related function.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency from organisations who sell to enterprise space.
- Expertise in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and analytics. Strong knowledge of Salesforce, BI platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau) and other revenue-related tools (e.g. Clay, Outreach, Gong, Clari, Everstage).
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
